Destitute and depending on their husbands for every need, Noreen was once one of thousands of women living hand to mouth before she joined Suubi.
Breaking away from structures she had known for so long was a long climb. It’s as hilly as it gets. Soon, she realised that she was treading a path too narrow and forsaking one with thousands of possibilities.
Today, Noreen runs a whole acre of banana plantations which she cares for so candidly using fertilizers she produces herself.
